Can you do speedwork while your sore during the gpp?
You can do anything your little heart desires however i wouldnt suggest doing your speedwork sore. Take an extra day of recovery so you are fresher for it so you can get more out of it. Remember even after extensive tempo during the first 2 weeks of GPP you may be a little sore. You can work through this with more extrensive and intensive tempo and even hills but i wouldnt suggest doing any accel work while sore. So id say just hold off on it until your not sore or wait 2 weeks until your body has somewhat adapted to running.
Is it possbile anyone can answer this in the next 5 minutes. I need some input so I can make a good desicion on what type of workout to do.
