I have a rider that I coach who has broken his wrist in a snowboard fall. My question is what type of training could negativly effect his recovery and also what if any nutrition areas could be explored to enhance his recovery time?
what did he fracture?? if it was his scaphoid bone, the recovery is complex, and long, depending on wether they put in a screw or not (i.e. let it heal on it’s own) the scaphoid fracture is one of the most complicated and heals reaaaaally slowly
