BOUNDING...??

After reading numerous posts on bounding i came to the conclusion that maybee i do not know exacly what bounding is. although it is one of the drills i “belive” i do i am not so sure anymore because in numerous posts i have read it seems like a big impt part in peoples programs. i have never thought of it more than a simple drill so that is why i arrived at the conclusion maybee i am not implementing them right, or for that matter even doing them right. can someone post video or pictues? and give some good examples on how to incorparate bounding into your training program and why…
