I’ve beeen having groin/hip flexor problems for quite some time, and just recently discovered that my right gluteus medius is extremely tight. As a result, I’m looking into buying something to aid me self-massage, and have heard that the foam rollers and the body logic balls are both good. So for an athlete mainly concerned with a tight iliopsoas and glute medius, would you recommend a foam roller or body logic ball?
Foam roller for the glute…fraid not for the psoas…
do you guys by any chance have a link to see what this foam roller looks like? thanks
can’t ball rolling be helpful here…? it maybe is not the best solution ever, but i thought it could help loosen things up even in the psoas…

The webmaster is a little strange but theres plenty of good info on it.
Foam roller for the psoas. Hmmm. I’d like to see that one. Maybe you could paint a face on the foam roller and do it in the bedroom after a few drinks?
Vito,
Every one of the articles is mine. It is my site and it’s to raise money for my friend who is training for 2004 and 2008.

Regeneration lab is a really good site but I think dcw23 hit the nail on the head when he said the webmaster is a little strange and some of the articles can be a little out there cough…cough… Divide by Zero… cough…cough, umm bad cold.
I like the fact that people can’t divide by zero…this is why I destroy.
yes we know clemson is unique
but ball-rolling for psoas…? maybe?
