That’s pretty good speed for a 7sec rolling 60 then. This is good enough for a 7.2ish 60m.

The acceleration looks like the area to work on. With that level of speed, your acceleration for the 30 should be around the 3.7-3.8 mark from the start that you are using.

Strenght is what I will focus on once this season is over in September. At least my deadlift have gone up from 70 to 130kg.
Somehow lying on a couch for ten years makes you weaker…
