Big Competition coming up...

I have Junior Nationals coming up and I was wondering what can of food I should be loading up on.

I already know what my training is going to be like. The Meet starts on the 4th of July so I have 6 days until then.

Any advice would be appreciated.


cut out junk food and try to be strict with your diet.keep hydrated and get 5-6 feeds p/d.
