Best MB starting excercise

Charlie,

Is there any ONE MB starting drill that you favour?

I have gerard mach’s manual but was wondering did you find any one particualrly effective over the others?

(I refer to drills with an action preceding an eventual sprint)

i quite like the one where you roll back, push-up position and then accelerate -don’t remember its exact name… doesn’t have to be a single one, whatever works for you!

The med ball accels with and without the rollback are from Gerrard and they worked great for us! (I’m cautious of the forward underhand throw into accel unless the ball is light however)
