James, how much do you feel the iso holds effect elasticity. And if so in what way and why.

James why do you always subscript iso holds, what advantage do they have over eccentric/concentric movements. iso holds take out the plyometric effect. So just for strength and muscle is it? 5min reps are a bit extreme, the weight would have to be quite light? 5min teaches you proper motor patterns? If thats the aim why not just sprint?
