Ball exercise

I do an exercise that is :
i am seated and the spotter throws me the ball i lower down and then with a situp i raise myself and throw the ball to him.
is that a good exercise for abs for football / wrestling??

Yup it is. Charlie and supervenomsuperman did that one at the Vancouver seminar, but Charlie made it even better by varying the angle that the ball was thrown to supervenomsuperman.
