I gave him a long cooldown, contrast shower today.
Better to have a light shakedown tomorrow?I suppose so…unfortunately, cannot administer any kind of massage, sinc enot being there.
Any cheap and effective suggestion?

Thanks Sir…Today has been quite slow, but maybe the conditions were not good for all…on average, …everybody was 15/100 slower than sb…let’s wait for Thursday.
Update…meet organization gives massage opportunity tomorrow.without knowing who’s gonna perform it, I suggested quite light, flushing, before the shor warm up of tomorrow in the afternoon ( Not available AM)
