I have a question…
When i first timed my 100m,It was like 13.something…After that I used to go to the track every wednsday, and time the 100 again,Without any warming,stretching or anything.
Any ways with this routin i went down to 11.9.Was this a way of training?
What i was developing by this training?If it’s not than how do you explain this progression?
