Hows this look to use in the summer time for auto-reg training but also kinda a westside setup but not its differnt but good check it out and give me ur oppions thanks alot.

Alternate from workout a to b each week so example week 1 do a week to do b week 3 a. etc

It appears as if the only variance between the two is your Tuesday workout.

Why is your time dropoff for the 100m a full second? If you have to run until you are running a second off your PB than you will be wasted. The CNS demands could be incredible. And what if a bad run sets the inital dropoff point or causes you to dropoff after the second run? Auto-Regulation in sprinting and weightlifting is bullshit. Use your brain instead of the calculator when determing the training load and volume.
