The academy runs a state of the art talent identification program and selects athletes between the ages of 11-16, The assistant would be responsible(and not limited to) the S&C programs for the T&F athletes under the direction of the Head S&C Coach;The position requires: 2-3 years full-time experience, Bachelor Degree and CSCS, ability to teach Olympic Lifts is a must.
