Analyze My Weaknesses- Silencer

Hey, so as some of you probably know i started to train for 100m about 2 weeks ago, i never trained for it in my life but i decided its way too cool to not do it.
Anyway i went to the track today to do some 10’s and 20’s, this is a video of 20m block start, i still dont have spikes so im running in my trainers.
This is also the first time for me using blocks, i know its slow, but i think it’ll be better once i get used to it. any tips tho ?

here is a 20m, i think i got 2.90 with no reaction time, i forgot but i dont know how to run anyway so who cares bout time lol…

I’m really trying to do it like charlie says, but its so hard when you dont have a coach like him around.

The angle is pretty bad–hard to tell much from the video.

where should i shoot from next time ?

out of the blocks you dont seem very explosive. this may be due to the lack of spikes though. it just doesnt look aggresive enough. your first step or two look like you almost walk out of there and then you start running. again, it could be due to wearing flats instead of spikes.

How was your running when u were 220lbs ?

i dont think it looks bad at all especially for a beginner. get some spikes and do starts that way or do them without blocks, but you do look like you have some speed.

running at 220 was not nice for my body, too much beef at 5-9.

Agree, very hard to tell from that angle. Film it maybe from the front or some sort of side angle.

alright, ill get another angle and start with a 3 point stance till i get my maxcats next week !
