analyse this

Me’Lisa Barber and Kim Gevaert in Hengelo

If it’s that good in the home straight you’d think strength of a sort would definitely be a positive factor, but it is on all aspects of technique.

This shot is probably on the backstraight when everyone is still fresh and free-wheeling. I’d say mobility-flexibility would be the biggest factors.

Yes it looks like backstraight, still a good pic though.

Demolisher, is that you in the black? Look to be in home straight and holding it together well, what did you run?

How about my form during a 400m-race? I’m the guy in pink tights at the left.

Can we get some Dix 19.69 shots to analyze?

trackshark.com or letsrun.com has the video. not sure if that’s what you’re looking for…

I want to analyze his lack of relaxation and ‘interesting’ posture

He doesn’t even have to stand up! :stuck_out_tongue:

Asafa Powell 9.97. He is quite tense.

Another pic.

Another pic

(highschool natl record holder with 10.08)J-mee Samuels in the middle lane:

Lane 4: 20.76

20.76 seen that video, new record

Man J-mee looks so akward with all that mass at his height. That second picture he looks very far over in his lane too.

Regardless, he get’s it done at a very young age. Very impressive!

Yea hes like 5’7 170 lol:
