I read somewhere his reaction was .229, with the quick gun I feared for the flower girls life with powellās post race reaction.
I saw the slap on eurosport today. It wasnāt that bad in my opinion, but I am sure he felt like a total ass after he cooled off a bit and saw the clip of himself. The starter should have felt like an even bigger ass though! Scott was so far out in front, looked like Lewis walking down Desai!

Safa wears that watch most of the time (if not always), probably a good luck charm or something like that, or a habit, just like the yellow ālive strongā armband that Justin Gatlin used to always wear.
Regarding the pic of Sherone Simpson, its not just you, she does start to lean back abit in the latter stage of her races.
from photos i seen john his knee lift is way too much.his rear end mechanics are also suffering cause of the knee lift.before he made these changes he was balanced greatly.now his arm action vs leg action is bad.i donāt know why he is lifting his knees so high as there is no need but it will lead to probs later on.check out the photos from previous postsā
