AM/PM structure training

Is it possible to perform light circuit type bodybuilding pump training in a morning session without affecting or undermining the quality of the second PM session (which would consist of speed work and 2-4 heavy weight exercises) providing there is adequate rest between and the appropriate intensity output is utilized for the two sessions?

depends on other variables- ( circadian rhythms + metabolic rate, ROM, muscle tone etc )

if your sleep patterns are regular and not changed by AM weights- I would not see any overt issues with that routine, but you would not to look at other variables first.
