For any of you that have been tracking my progression, here is my form at the moment. Any suggestion or observations welcome.
Timing is 3.80 electronic over 30m. from first movement (57 frames at 15 frames per second), the previous video was 3.00 over 20m.
What I notice myself from watching this video and comparing it to the previous one is 1) hip height must be around an inch or two better, this is causing 2) ground contact is underneath body now and not behind 3) much less frecuency but obviously 4) more efficient since this one is an electronic 3.80 from first movement over 30 and the other was 3.00 over 20m. with all that huffing, puffing and slapping the ground. 5) Ground contact is way more quiet now 6) Arm angle is slightly improved. 7) My body is still swinging from side to side a lot. Anything else?
From all the things I’m doing wrong, what do you guys think I should set off on improving first or where do I have the most room for improvement technically (in short, what do you guys think I’m still doing wrong!)?
Overall I must say I’m happy with the improvements, but I also see there is still so much to improve.
