for the past week and a half i’ve been having pain on the outside of my right ankle and near the achilles tendon. Mainly ankle though. it feels like an inner pain mostly. I read that this could be a calf tightness issue but i don’t really think so. i’d like to know if anyone has had such a problem. any help??thanks.
I have developed this same problem in the past week and would also like to know why this is.
