I’ve just come back from a knee ligament injury. Yesterday, I did some squats and my legs have been aching since then. I’ve got circuits tomorrow which involves squats again.
Should I do those squats? or should I wait for my legs to recover?

Well my qauds are aching. Sometimes it’s difficult to get down the stairs. I have to get down the stairs slowly. It’s happened to me before, and it took about 1 week for it all to clear up. But I’ve got circuit training tomorow which involves squats. Should I do the squats tomorrow and do some stretches tonight to relieve it all? or should I take tomorrow off?
I’m really strict about my circuits that’s why i’m asking, lol
Ok …just kidding. Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness, its where you get sore muscles not during exercise but after maybe days after … before you ask … ‘Why?’ … its not fully understood - well agreed on to be more accurate.
