acceleration from a moving start

Whats the best way to improve acceleration from a relatively slow moving start? Im not interested in learning how to improve acceleration from a dead start…i need to work on instantly transitioning from a slow moderate pace into a full blast acceleration (similiar to the way a soccer forward approaches the defender slowly with the ball and then instantly blasts past him). I understand how to work on acceleration from a dead start, but in my opinion, accelerating from a jog is something totally different. Please fill me in on what i can do to improve accel from an already slow moving pace. Perhaps sprinting hills from a slow moving start or maybe flying 20’s with only a 10 meter buildup? What do you think? Thanks for any help!
