Could one use a 40m long street with a consistant incline to practice starts(the incline is something like 3-5 degrees)? Would this be beneficial if 2-3 sprints on a flat surface were performed after?
I say it’d be better to use for flying 30’s. But that’s just me. The incline wouldn’t help so much the drive power unless the incline was much high. (possibly 55-75%)
I disagree. A smaller incline can be quite useful because it allows you to get better acceleration angles without totally changing your form.
Go for it 56!
thanks accelerator, i was wondering because my street is like that and i do the first day of running on sunday so i figured i could do acc there. thanks
Just monitor yourself closely on the asphalt.
