k, on monday im about to start testing

we will test for the 400m and the 40yd dash

should i do sprints on saturday?

Maybe some easy runs, but nothing too intense I don’t imagine. Others?

i guess ill just do stretching

You can do more then that. At least get some ab workouts in and maybe do a few accels, none of that should hurt.
