A couple of questions.

Hi,I watched the GPP video and I wanted asked to ask a couple of questions concerning it.

1)What did Warm-up 2 constitute of? I didn’t really notice where Warm-up 1 ended and where Warm-up 2 began.

2)Is it ok for me to do the all the sit-up circuit and then proceed to 20-30 mins of med ball training(not explosive) on tempo days.

I think the PNF stretches were the last part of warm-up 1 and warm-up 2 (only on speed days) consists of progressive accelerations, e.g. 4-6x60m increasing speed gradually.

It’s doesn’t really matter in which order you do the general conditioning exercises on tempo days.
