In the CFTS you break down a 100m as follows:
Acceleration: 0-30m
Max Velocity: 30-60m
Speed Endurance: 60-120m
What would the corresponding distances be for 200m and 400m?

Acceleration, Max Velocity and Speed Endurance are best suited to short sprints. For longer sprints, you add a Special Endurance component, which takes you out over the longer distance.
You have a different race model for the longer sprints than you do for the 100 in order to maintain some speed reserve – so you don’t approach it the same way as the 100. You wouldn’t have the same approach to acceleration, max velocity, etc., but you would still train those aspects as if you were training for 100 meters. You simply add training in the form of repeat 200s, split 300s, etc.
Do some searches on this site. Take a look at the Lactate Threshold string, which has a lot of good information about the 400.
For 200, your training, it’s similar to the 100 training, adding some special endurance, but with fewer reps and or shorter distances than you might use for the 400.
Again, these are very general suggestions. You can find some great specifics on this site by using Search.
