Next season I am planning on doing a lot of 400 meter races because I want to bring my time down in that and everything else. It has been a while since I have done this training. Last time I was like 10 but now I am 15 and I wouldn’t even know where to start. I will be lifting weights also but I just need a workout that I can start in December. Can anyone give me a few tips?

1st off I didn’t delete the threads someone else did and you didn’t give any tips you told me the numbers were confusing. Now could someone please give me some help in this area.
I was going to help you if you had cleared things up for me. I don’t mind helping, it just is weird how your threads always get deleted.
