I’ve have read both of your books-excellent job! On page 79 of “Theory and Application of Modern Strength and Power Methods” under lower body Concentrics you list Front Squat+hip Flexion, RDL+hip extension & Sumo DL+hip adduction. How do you preform the hip flexion, extension & adduction? Thank you,

if you look at the concentric listing it says post fatigue so my assumption would be perform the move, then a move that works the listed action(ie front squat+hip flexon, do your set of front squats then an exercise for hip flexon)
