2018 races

Agreed, Atleast with bad track or baseball coaches you dont have to worry about them getting concussed. Also, you can coach him anyways

FanRag Sports’ Jon Heyman reports that Oklahoma redshirt junior QB Kyler Murray and the Oakland A’s have agreed on a contract which will be worth nearly $5 million and will allow him to play quarterback with the Sooners for one year.

We saw North Carolina freshman WR Jordyn Adams earlier bounce from football altogether in order to pursue a career in baseball with the Angels. Murray’s not taking it quite to that extreme, instead reportedly splitting the difference by finding a way to fit both baseball and football into his life after he was drafted at No. 9 overall by the A’s on Monday. First up for the all-world athlete will be the gridiron. He’ll be competing with Austin Kendall for starting honors in Norman when August camp opens. Murray has the athletic upside for a potential Heisman campaign.

Int tempo is the key to sprinting fast…

Looks like USA sprinting is bouncing back. No Gatlin
,Coleman or Rogers and still fast

Yes, and Jamaican sprinting is dead. One man marginally under 10 and no one under 20 this year.

Dead…based on an off year?
shelly and elaine are dead?

lol…ok

Sometimes the brethren get caught up in primitive accelerative short recovery accels(10-40m)… They still always transition out of it to faster frequencies with less starts per session and longer max effort/extended rhythmic split runs(I.e. 40-90m runs)…I always remember how asafa powell was the forebearer/standard bearer in all the MVP videos from 2006 to 2012…if we watch there’s a lot of concrete evidence that asafa was the prime example of gpp1, gpp2, gpp3, gpp4, gpp5, etc. Leadin programs to the specific spp racing plans of francis(ja)…it was a more complex schedule then charlie francis and Ben Johnson, but let’s not forget asafa lived in the hills of Jamaica sort of like the seb Coe born to run videos…then also usain seems to have lived in thee hills also but combined with many dirt hills and animal hill paths amongst the trees…also we always have beer of different assortments in the bush when work is done(brush cutting, tre cutting, not to mention cannabis)!

There’s also a running tribe who drinks beer albeit a week beer and they run 50-100km amongst there homelands of the inhospitable Sierra madare Mexican mountain rAnges conjunction with less violent but still hilly terrain…imagine playing soccer passing a ball around for 20-100km!

It’s more than just an off year. I was referring mainly to men, but the women are not doing too well either compared to previous years. The men’s times have been declining steadily since 2012 and the women’s since 2016. The only Jamaican medal in the men’s or women’s sprints at last year’s world champs was Bolt’s bronze in the 100m.

Highest ranked Jamaican sprinters this year:

Mens 100m: ranked 13th in the world
Mens 200m: 23rd
Womens 100m: 6th
Womens 200m: 2nd

When I say off year, I mean, no major championships. The men its a changing of the guard…but the women, shelly just came back and elaine was hurt last year.
