Asafa hill training video, it’s 2years ago, looks like one of the longest steepest hills we’ve seen him run. The grade reminds me of the seb coe videos from the 70s, born to run!
Regarding jeff demps and his 10.10 it’s good that he’s matched trae williams for the year, and that he seems ready to get PR this year. I honestly think jeff demps is one of those guys capable of increasing his frequency to match that of trae williams, from Australia. Both are now at 10.10 this season, which is good for both.

He can turn pro now with track, and still go to college and earn degree’s while making money…or go to college possibly get injured or gain weight while waiting 3-4 years to hopefully make the NFL if his college career pans out.

Oklahoma redshirt junior QB Kyler Murray said that he will play football this coming season after being selected by the Oakland A’s with the No. 9 overall pick in the MLB amateur draft.
Sooners HC Lincoln Riley said in May that he had an understanding with Murray and family that the dynamic multi-sport athlete would be playing quarterback in the fall regardless of the outcome of the MLB draft. The 5-foot-11, 188-pounder – who plays center field on the OU baseball team – reiterated that he will be sticking to the gridiron for the coming season after the A’s selected him on Monday night. He’s considered to have a strong inside track to win out for starting honors over Austin Kendall in August camp. Murray has until July 15 to sign with Oakland, but signing with the club will not preclude him from retaining his eligibility in football.
