2 Weeks until race day

I have exactly two weeks until I run my finally 60m indoor race of the year… I have some questions though…What kind of workout should I be doing and at what percent. And as far as weights go how many reps? sets? at what percent? :confused:

If you have CFTS, check out the 10 day taper. It is a rough guideline that you can use for you final taper for the indoor season. In general though, you are lowering volume and increasing rest to produce a peak.
