I was wondering what you guys thought. I know it’s impossible to “convert” times from one distance to another but based on what you guys have done in your workouts, if a I a guy(me) runs 15.9-16.0 in a 150 what kind of time should I be able to run in a flat 100?
10.5-10.6 manual.
what about 18.2-18.6secs?

150m…100m (electronic)
16.0…10.8-10.9
18.1-18.3…12.18-12.33
The 150m times are hand timed from standing
