Ive been weightlifting for about 7 years now and competed in several survival runs/triathlons but I want a new challenge. Ive always like to watch 100m sprints but never had the idea to try it out myself but this is gonna change. The problem is I dont really know what to do or were to start so I can really need all the advise I can get. Tips/trick/routines I want to learn it all.

Speed work with full rest inbetween, continue lifting doing all lifting AFTER speed work, do tempo for recovery and general fitness.
