Interesting. I’d have to try it to find out. There they go with the % of 3RM crap again. Weights look pretty light (low intensity) and I don’t know about “barbell deadlift” 3x per week. Not too impressed.

yeh its kinda lite about 80% of ur 1rm max, would be good to use for your heavy inseason squat session once a week.

Guess not lol. Korte’s is pretty taxing though.
Korte has some interesting routines. I know he has routines that cover almost an entire year.
