if you use your momentum correctly you should be able to average farther than what your single best jump is. Personally… I can do right at 10’ on a slj. When doing 3 jumps in a row I can hit between 31-32’.
I guess the momentum plus the extra loading you get helps to allow you to jump further than in a single SLJ.
can you send me that study. because we have move it up to 30 yards and we are no were close to a sub 10 sec 100 meters. we do run 4.4 and under 40 yards but we get 9 to 9 1/2 in 30 yards we are running in an all comer meet this weekend at long beach state or lynwood high school and we are running the 60 meters and may be the 100 meter and i will let you know the times
