lol no Woronin’s training is a little too advanced for me at this point, probably ever, ya heard.
I may not get my goal, but if I at least set it high, I won’t sell myself short. You never know. I cut off .7 off my 100m pb last season (fat pbs) and probably even more if the conditions were better for the pb.
may I recomend that you think of your goal as “staying healthy” ? The main thing is that your goals and self images should be positive, not saying not to do something. Hopefully you understand what I’m saying.
your right i read a few years back that the human brain does not process negatives very well. so instead of saying i wont mess up you tell yourself i will do well. the latter being the more effective for self motivation.
