Become a great coach who coaches people to go sub 10
If above is not achieved, then to
quit and get track out of my system, and find something else that I could give same leval of passion/dedication to.

Also, to go out with the women with the largest boob to waist ratio in the world. :slight_smile:

well, i don’t know what ur current pb’s r bt what i do know is that u r a thinker and it sounds like u r very passionate about the sport.

these r the qualities of a great coach and forget about “getting it out of u’r system if it does’nt work” cos u can’t, it’s in ur vains now, ur blood type is t&f+.

Medium: Make US indoor and outdoor nationals
(Running 6.91 60m and 10.65 100m before injury)

Long term: Win the US indoor and outdoor nationals (I know I have to train hard)

Do the little things (sleep better, do abs more regularly)

Work my mileage up to 70-80 mile weeks while averaging 6:30 per mile or faster

To make my colleges XC team in August.
This summer to max out at 100miles a week
To ben able to run 9:30 in the 2mile before my time trial to make the team

I have been competing for 3 seasons and the season before last I improved 1.3 seconds in the hundred meters. I have not improved over the last season whilst making sprint technical ajustments, but I am wanting to improve this season using my new technique.
