-Got a video of one of the 80’s, will post it up later. Got handtimes on the first 80 of 9.22, 3rd 80 in 9.18h. Not sure how these compare but they felt fairly decent.
-Had to do speed work tonight after an 8 hour shift on my feet all day, plus I had a nice cold crosswind today of course :rolleyes:
-I just could not get fully warm tonight cuz of the cold/wind, so I cut the rest period down a minute between each 80.

hmm… we’ll see. I felt pretty sluggish today and cold, plus my gf timing who has never timed before. Not lettin one workout dictate what my first time will be. Off day today I would say.
