A1.) Clean Pull 5x85%, 5x90%, 3x5x95%
B1.) Back Squat 4x3x85%
C1.) RDL 3x5 (275)
-Clean pulls were explosive, felt good. Used 225 as my reference off powerclean estimated 1rm.
-Squats were fairly decent, coulda been better but all reps were completed.
what do you expect you havent done legs in over a week, look at what happen last time you did this. i would keep pushing the rdl.

also as you keep pushing the SE work ur lower body strength will be up and down. the cp should lead nice into the pc.

Not as hard as I thought it would be, BUT it was fairly challenging, especially the last 2 reps. In a couple weeks I’d like to run them all in 27.0 or faster.

Pretty tired now, but feelin good overall. I wasn’t sure how the session would go, my erectors, glutes, and hamstrings are pretty sore from yesterday. But overall a good day I would say.

Yeah man, lower body is pretty sore lol. Shoulder complex is tough, I only used 15 lb db’s but it burned like hell haha. Good stuff though.
why do you think ur lower is so sore, is it from the pulls, squats, or not training for over a week?
Def clean pulls for the most part. Probably didnt help that I couldn’t do lower body either on Monday.

Oh yeah probably. Longer reps for speed work + the squat/clean pulls all played a role Im sure.
I think you will be ok for tomm lower body workout. maybe u and rj can compare workout 200 times.
lol if he did the same workout then we could… Based on today’s session and if I keep hammering down to 27 or faster, I think my 200/400’s will be fairly decent this summer.
