hey guys
I was curious in regards to workout templates for athletes, do you guys use percentages for all their exercises? cleans, squats, deads, and all auxiliary work? or would you use percentages just for the power and main exercises?
I have used both, I found that using percentages just for the power and main exercises was just plain easier.
Im always making new templates and tweaking old ones, I was curious on what you guys thought. thanks alot.
