What does it mean when Charlie states that "one foot should land directly in front of the other as viewed from the front”? I also seen some drill work on the GPP DVD where he had an athlete working on running on a line, one foot striking the ground in front of the other (both feet contacting the line), is that the same idea?
I also heard other members discussing that they did not believe that the feet make contact directly bellow the body, but under the hips? Is there a consensus?
