According to that link I am around 17-19%bf, which I would say is accurate. The most accurate way to measure bf is in a dunk tank. The BEST way is to look at the athlete and make a judgement. The second way is free and the 2-4% difference in estimating it this way takes nothing away from performance. A bodybuilding competition is won by judges who look at the bodybuilder and judge with their eyes how their bf is.
well then could you predict the Mr. O bf %'s, and do they have any fat at all

Actually the most accurate way is to take someone when they are dead and seperate the fat from everything else. On the serious note “DEXA” is the most accurate. Dunk tanks are tough because you need to make sure you expire all the oxygen in you lungs and actually record lung volume or something like that. I went in the tank and was 13%. With calipers as per our exercise phyiologist and other professors I am 4.5-5.5%.

It says mine is about 12%.
Seems reasonable to me.
I certainly don’t think I am under that.
