in the lactate threshold thread there has been a discussion about massage and when to do it.
i think it really warrants its own thread from my point as a coach we run with a 2 on 1 off 3 on 1 off weekly set up.
the question remains with the use of a massage therapist at our hands when do we fit it into the plan without the risk of ruining ones rhythm for the next session or weekends comp.
If you get a chance, get hold of the Vancouver 2004 DVD, as it has a breakdown of the priority times for massage on weekly training cycles, in order of priority, from once a week all the way to every day twice a day.
