My season starts in mid-march ans ends in early june. I also have a few indoor meets in jan. And my footabll season ends in november. I just want to know when to start sprint training.
take off 2 weeks max. (active recovery) after fotball and start training.
Well now it looks like thee might not be football for me because of my mom, but anyways, what kinda running should i do from now until november-decemberish before i start speed work for indoors? I NEED HELP!!!
