Simple question, is it better to squat 2x per week, or do one day RDLs and one day squats ?
Under most conditions, the former will be superior to the latter assuming you want to make strength gains.
Squats arent full btw, they’re down to parallel.
I’m in indoor competition time… so I guess taking the squat numbers up is not a main priority as it was before (I squatted 3x per week in GPP).
