What would be a good lifting approach for basketball ?

I’m a free basketball player, i’m not playin in a team this year (long story) but still considered to be one of the best around, that is why I want to prepare myself for a PRO team tryouts next year.

about basketball skils, i play all day working on them.

I do 3 conditioning session every week

5 sets of 17’s
5 sets of 3 full court sprints
5-10min dunks with almost no rest.

About the lifting part, currently i’m doing westside (withput powerlifting bullshit, westside made of full squat, dead, good morning, bench, incline and militarry.

seeing great gains, but maybe I should replace it with Olympic lifting routine, or 5X5… and if not do you have any other ideas, how to modify westside to be more basketball specific ? my DE work is power clean instead of speed bench and Power snatch\band box squat.

I was thinking maybe:
Day 1:
Power Snatch
Power CJ
Squat
pull up

Day 2:
Hang Snatch
Hang clean
Dead
Bench press

Day 3:
Power Snatch
Power CJ
Squat
Row

Day 4:
Hang snatch
hang clean
incline press
Snatch DEAD

Or MADCOW dual factor…

EDIT: you know what, I changed my qeustion
WHAT WOULD BE A GOOD lifting APPROACH TO DUNK HAAARRRDDDDD !!!

If you are gaining, why stop? I think moving from something that is working is not a good idea, until of course it stops working.

But everyone telling me to stop cuz westside is … well… shit.

If people say it is shit or not, it is working, so stick with it.
