Well the training has been ok. Because this past weekend I ran the 100 Sat. and then Sunday I ran the 4x100 and the 400 I took Monday off. Tuesday I just did 5x40 meters out of blocks hard… Weds. I did 8x100 at 80% and today and tomorrow I will just rest. I didn’t want to shock my CNS this week at all but wanted to keep some spring in my legs. Saturday I will do some light sprints, stretching, and plyo’s. If all goes well after this weekend I will try and get on the phone and start raising some money so I can really do this instead of just training for a few weeks before a race.
Hey does anyone have any clue where you can pick up a Nike speed suit… Similar to that of the Team USA suit but not that scheme. There are generic Nike zip up suits that I see athletes where from time to time that are typically single color. I am tired of putting together random under armor stuff. Thanks
There you go. I was thinking about buying one this year, but I’m nowhere near fast enough to justify the expense.
Old thread…just to remember…with 10"33 you can get some money in europe, signing for a club, littel sponsor and races fees and prizes…can be a low level professional.
^^I’ve read an article about him in NY times and he seems to have a big “fan base”(youtube) for a 10.33 runner so I’d imagine he’d have the publicity part down.
