I deaded all the rest of the other crap ive taken as i feel it has done nothing for me.
BCAA’s and multivit. The only things I’ve really found to work for me, the BCAA’s for recovery after workouts, multivit in the morning … will start with creatine next week when I start my GPP.

It’s not that much really (… see Landons mix!!)- all have a very specific purpose.
Others do nothing for me - for example I’ve tried CLA and ALA before and neither have ever done much for me really …
How do you find the Tribulus and CLA?
What brands dosage etc do you use?
