Weights and GPP

Should weights be used during GPP?

My current GPP is gonna last 5 more weeks. I did weights the first week mond, tues, and fri. But this week nothing.

I just wanna know if i should or not. and if so what kind of weight lifting should i do… high wight/low rep or low weight/high rep?

And what lifts should i do?

Weights are used in GPP but the point is you NEED to get hold of the GPP somehow because we are NOT going to spend time explaining to you how its set out. There is always a way. Get your friend to buy it if you want it that badly, then pay him or her when you can… I am sure that if you think of it you can find a solution.

Pocho, there are tons of info on this site about what users are putting into their GPP’s not just weights but all sorts of stuff. If you search GPP you will find them, just spend a bit of time, and save your money to get the DVD.
