Where can I find some good programs to make me stronger?
right here Tony!
The guys that count on this forum, rather than hand you the elusive salmon of knowledge, will attept to give you the tools to catch it.
Use the search function here and on the old forum (archive). There is a world on info. Come up with a program yourself first, provide plenty of personal details with it, and I am sure forum members will be glad to critique it.
Good Luck!
Check out the thread in the search funtion (archives) which deals with the “top nine exercises”. You will be amazed.

Thanks gf! I wasn’t familiar with the “old” forum but have found it now!:sing:
Yes thats the thread. Also look at threads such as:
http://www.charliefrancis.com/board/philboard_read.asp?id=892
http://www.charliefrancis.com/board/philboard_read.asp?id=61
http://www.charliefrancis.com/board/philboard_read.asp?id=560
btw, my first post wasn’t intended to read so ambiguous. Just there is so much more information in the archives than what anyone person could possibly post.
Good Luck in your Quest!
You should also also get both of Charlies books to helpl you understand the concepts and rational behind the training so you will be able to fish for yourself
