Its Wednesday and today we did the warm-up and 4x120 and 4x80 meter sprints.
Today is Friday and we had a very short day. We only did 2x3 40yd sprints with block starts on the seconds set.
Lets see.
On Monday: We did 8 40m sprints in the school hallways cuz it was too cold outside.
Tuesday: We did a 600 ladder (600,400,300,200,100)
And today which is Wednesday we did block starts and relay work.
Today is Thursday and I had to get a physical so I could run in the meet tomorrow and all we did were relay exchanges inside becuase it rained.
Well today was our first indoor meet. It was the LSU Indoor Classic. I got 2nd in the 55 with 6.46 which puts me at 7th in the country and my relay team got 1st in the 4x2 in 1:30.35 which puts us at about 4 in the country.

Was there this weekend, you were better than what I expected, Congratulations. The 4x200 was really good as well, but I missed the 4x400, what happened?
I didn’t really run or watch the 4x400 bacause I was so tired but thanx.
Oh yeah and today at practice we did 600,400,300 and skipped the last 200 because I was feelin real sluggish and Im still really sore.
Well today is Tuesday and we did 6x30 meter sprints out of blocks and 6x40 meters on the curve.
Yes. No practice today. I have time to recover from all my soarness. Thank you jesus

Today is Thursday. We did a 600 latter 600,400,300,200,100 and we did them kind of fast today.
600:1:3x 400:56.x 300:36.x 200:24.x 100:11.5x I felt real strong running them and Im not tired.
Today is Friday we had Practice but I didn’t feel like running so I didn’t. We dont have practice till Tuesday cuz MLK Jr. day but i might make it up then.
Today is Tuesday and we had 4 days off. I did 2 80% 400 runs (53s and 54s)I was cramping up real bad because I hadn’t eaten or drinkin anything all day.
